2023학년도 외국인 유학생 성폭력 예방 및 한국법령 이해 교육 실시 안내

1. 배경 및 목적

- 2023년 교육국제화역량 인증제 평가지표에 성폭력 예방교육 이수율(통과기준:80%),

한국법령 이해교육 실시여부 및 이수율(통과기준 : 학기강1회/60%)이 평가지표로 선정

- 2023년 교육국제화역량 인증제를 대비하고 외국인 유학생을 대상으로 한 범죄 피해 예방

2. 참여 대상

- 학위과정 유학생(학부, 대학원)

3. 교육 내용

- 대한민국 경찰청 외사국 제공 “외국인을 위한 범죄 예방 교육” 동영상을 On-line / Off-line 시청

- 교육내용 : 가정폭력, 아동폭력, 성폭력, 디지털범죄, 사기(보이스피싱), 교통범죄, 도박, 마약, 불법체류자 통보의무 면제 등

4. 교육 진행 방법 : On-line, Off-line 중 한가지만 선택하여 교육 참여

가. On-line 교육

- 일정 : 2023년 4월 3일(월) ∼ 2023년 5월 31일(수)

- KWMOOC 사이트 : https://kwmooc.kw.ac.kr/ko

- 내용 : KWMOOC 사이트에 탑재된 “언어별 범죄예방(성폭력 예방 및 한국법령 이해)

교육 동영상” 시청

* 시청 방법은 첨부 “(On-line)성폭력 예방 및 한국법령 이해 교육 매뉴얼(manual)” 참조

나. Off-line 교육

- 장소 : 연구문화관 121호

- 일시 : 아래 1차~8차 중 참석이 가능한 일시에 한 번만 참석하여 동영상 시청하여야 함

5. 기타 사항

- “외국인을 위한 범죄 예방 교육” 동영상 시청으로 성폭력 예방교육 및 한국법령 이해교육을 이수한 것으로 간주함

Information on the prevention of sexual violence and understanding

of Korean laws for foreign students in 2023

1. Background and Purpose
- The evaluation index of the 2023 education internationalization competency certification system shows the completion rate of sexual violence prevention education(passing criteria: 80%)
- Whether or not to conduct understanding education on Korean laws and the completion rate (passing criteria: 60%/per semester) are selected as evaluation indicators.
- Preparing for the 2023 Education Internationalization Competency Certification System and Preventing Criminal Damage for Foreign Students

2. Participants
- Degree program international students(undergraduate, graduate school)

3. Contents of education
- Watch "Guangwoon University Crime Prevention (Prevention of Sexual Violence and Understanding Korean Laws) Education Video Data" online provided by the Foreign Affairs Bureau of the Korean National Police Agency.
- Education contents: Domestic violence, child violence, sexual violence, digital crime, fraud

(voice phishing), traffic crime, gambling, drugs, exemption from the obligation to notify illegal immigrants, etc.

4. How to proceed with the training: Select one from online or off-line and participate in the training.

A. On-line training
- Schedule : April 3, 2023 (Monday) ~ May 31, 2023(Wednesday)

- Contents : Prevention of crimes by language (prevention of sexual violence and understanding of Korean laws) posted on the KWMOOC site.

B. Off-line training
